Delaytion works with modified analog delays.
The delay knob is removed and an RCA jack is put in its place. You can still manually change the delay time with Delaytion's delay knob.

You can also purchase the Delaytion pedal separately and perform the Carbon Copy or Malekko Ekko mod yourself. The Delaytion pedal comes with an extra RCA jack and cable.
